Dealer said my xc90 T5 can't support Apple carplay

Hi guys. I have a 2016 xc90 t5. The local dealer said my car is not eligible for apple carplay because it doesn't have the momentum package...but isn't all 2016 XC90 is eligible for apple carplay? Or I got ripped off by the dealer when I purchase the car? Thanks.

thank you very much!!! but it seems like dealers in san francisco area don't know about that notice or doesn't want to perform that service for me :(
Just call Volvo customer care or e-mail then with the situation.
I’m positive they’ll take care of the situation for you.

Or you can simply quote (TSB No. TJ30991) in the article and let your dealer honor it.

Thanks. I quoted, but it actually only apply to cars that pick up before Nov 2016, I got mine in December o_Oo_O
