Who can do an engine swap on a 2020 mild hybrid?

I have a 2020 XC90 Momentum B5 Mhev Awd Auto. Nice car, 90k miles but apparently need a new engine. Always main dealer serviced, last one at 86k miles/Feb 26. Had oil pressure warning, recovered to main dealer who says swarf and possibly bits of oil pump in the oil, highly likely that most bearings plus turbo are shot therefore requires exchange engine at £16k. No offer of goodwill from Volvo central. Local Volvo independent appears wary of working on the engine because it's a mild hybrid. Anyone know of a good workshop who could source an engine and perform a swap? I am near Norwich.
