Front Sun Visor Issue do not have extensions?????

Just got the 2017 XC90 T8 Inscription. The sun visors are in leather which is really nice. Problem is that they do not have extensions and are not very good in protecting against glare from side windows. I know that I could have the front windows tinted. But that is a ticket waiting to happen here in Southern California. Anyone else come up with a fix or addition that looks decent?
