Volvo XC90 absolutely no power

Hi, I bought a crash damaged Volvo XC90 from an auction and the vehicle has no power, the only thing that shows signs of life are the illuminating door sills other than that nothing at all. I already put in a brand new battery, also replaced the auxiliary battery in the front. Has anybody had this happen to there car? Took it to the Volvo dealership they have no idea what could cause this.
