I recently purchased my daughter her 2nd 04 xc90. She loved the first one so much she found a 2nd same color and all. Any how she purchased the car in her words with a small electrical issue. I could have cried i hate electrical stuff. Well none of the lights work or the windows. Po had ran a jumper wire with a switch that turns on the dash and tcm. All fuses checked out ok. Back story is it all started with a bad seat heater. So before she puts me in the poor house for parts is the cem a good place to start? Any advise greatly appreciated
