2021 XC90 Turn Signal Issues

Got a 2021 XC90. It was in a front end collision. Everything has been replaced & repaired. New headlamps both sides. Did the reload through VIDA. Everything works EXCEPT my turn signals. Getting 2 codes for the headlamps, B15D309. That code is in both my HCML & HCMR. Ive checked all my wiring, all my fuses and cant find anything wrong. The description of the code is "Side detection inconsistencys, General fault information, Component faults". Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Trying to not send it to the dealer.
