2010 XC90 Mudflap Removal

Is there a special bit required for removing the factory installed mudflaps on a 2010 XC90? I’ve tried the T25 and TX25 Torx and they don’t fit. Are these riveted on and need to be drilled out? I took the attached pictures and it looks like a triangle shape. Any help would be appreciated as I have a couple that are hanging by one fastener.
