Rear sunroof drain tube locations

Can anyone confirm that there's supposed to be two drain tubes in the rear of the car, on the left and right side of the rear fender? I've had some warranty work done on the sunroof and I've been back to the dealer about 5 times for water issues since they've touched it.

Recently I've noticed that morning condensation on the car drains on the right side of the car but not on the left. I crawled under the rear bumper and noticed that there's a drain tube on the right rear side but not on the left rear side. I find this a bit odd, and I'm suspecting it's another part that the dealer 'forgot' to put back on the car. I'm about to run out of warrranty on the car so I want to get this looked at asap.

I just spoke to the service person at my local dealership and he said some cars come with 2 drain tubes (1 in front and 1 in the rear) and some come with 4 (2 in front and 2 in rear). I find the design a bit odd, but since I'm not seeing any wetness inside the car I guess I can't complain.
