When I use my on call app to unlock the car, the profile in the car is defaulted to guest. How can I fix this so that the on call app on the phone it linked to my key fob profile?

To set a profile:

• Tap the top edge of the Sensus Screen
• Select Settings
• Select System
• Select Driver Profile
• Tap on the desired Profile
• Enter desired name
• Save Profile
• Select Edit and from here you have the option to "Protect My Profile" so all of your current settings are saved and cannot be changed until you unlock it and also "Connect to Key" to save your profile to your current key.

Thanks. I know how to save and create profile. The issue is when I use the Volvo on call app to unlock the car or remote start, the profile is set to "guest" when I get in the car. Wondering if genre is a way for the app to know that it is MY profile that unlocked the car etc.
